HTQ (HND) Healthcare Professions England
This internationally recognised qualification provides a platform for students who are seeking to work in Applied Healthcare roles in primary, secondary and tertiary, diagnostic and therapeutic settings such as rehabilitation, speech and language, dietetics, community diagnostics and operating theatre technical roles.
The programme is developed to work closely with sector employers including the NHS trusts to provide experiential learning that supports and strengthens the theory learning.
The course is delivered on campus/online and requires students to attend a two full days per week plus online learning for 3 hours per week. There is additionally a block 2 full week placement in June to move into a specialist area.
Delivery of the course is through a range of methods including lectures, seminars, case-study, discussions, and workshops and work placement.
